Welcome to the ICQEM26 registration process! Please click on sign up to create your account. Upon doing so, you will find helpful information about submitting your article(s) or abstract(s), and regarding Payment & Registration.

Fees

Additional Information:

• PhD Students and Post-doc Researchers: Student/Researcher ID is required at the conference check-in. The proof can be uploaded on the registration platform

• Other Students: Student ID is required at the conference check-in. The proof can be uploaded on the registration platform

Registration fee includes:

• Conference documentation

• Coffee breaks and lunch during the conference days

• Conference dinner

• “Other Students” fee does not include lunches and conference dinner

• Conference dinner for accompanying person: 100€

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

• Cancellations made by May 31, 2026: Reimbursement of 50% of the conference fee

• Cancellations made after May 31, 2026: No reimbursement
