PhD Students : Student ID is required at the conference check-in. The proof can be uploaded on the registration platform

Conference documentation
Coffee breaks and lunch during the conference days

“Other Students” fee does not include lunches and conference dinner
Conference dinner for students/accompanying person: 100€
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
Cancellations made by May 31, 2026: Reimbursement of 50% of the conference fee
Cancellations made after May 31, 2026: No reimbursement
